About the series

Montreal Winter is the city in its quietest register - the St. Lawrence frozen to a grey haze, the bridges emptied of everything but a single walker, the parks buried and the benches left to the snow. What remains is pure form: the line of a railing, the rhythm of bicycle racks, the shadow of a tree thrown across white.
